Hi everyone!

Iv jus got my xbox 360 live gold one month free membership and I think its cool!

I just wondered if someone could confirm for me that you don't get charged for playing games against people? Ive just been playing NHL 07 online. I mean you dont get charged phone call bills or anything like that?

Is it just a simple matter of when the time comes me buying a 12 month membership card for £35 then thats all the charges I incur?

(Aside from games I download I know you have to pay using MSPoints and whatever for that.)

And if you do get charged to play a game on live are you informed your being charged before you start playing?

Thanks all!

no the one month free means you get one month free. There are no hidden charges. Just bye one of the cards at the stores instead of credit card because it is cheaper. Again there are no hidden fees. Just pay for the 12 months or how many months you wnat and that is all you pay.

PS: NHL 07 is the best live game there is.

No you wont get charged that's a part of the gold member ship playing online with others. And may I suggest you get the 12 month subscription it is worth the money trust me. Also its best to buy 1600 MS points for $20 so you can buy arcade games and rent movies etc.

With Xbox Live, the only thing you pay for is your accounts monthly fees and your ISP for your internet. No other fees will be charged unless you buy off the marketplace. The only game I can think of that isn't like that is Final Fantasy 11, which requires a seperate monthly fee to play.

a common stay account does no longer allow you to do lots of something on line, yet flick via downloadable video games to purchase, and so on. and allow you to observe the unfastened video clips that usually supply assistance for video games and interest reccomendations. you will get a common stay account devoid of offering any credit card data in any respect. For GOLD (to play multiplayer on line and watch a paid netflix account), you're able to easily purchase a pre-paid card once you're arranged to sign up, you will get a million-month, 3-month, or 12-month pre-paid subscriptions at maximum shops (Wal-Mart, Walgreens, bestbuy, and so on.) and nevertheless steer away from submitting your mom's credit card data.
