Come on man. It's not rocket science. Find yourself something to do. Read a good book, watch a DVD, go out and watch a movie, whatever, in this day and age the world's your oyster..

Sorry to pay attention which you feeling low, i will experience the comparable way at cases, and each so often it in basic terms looks like there is not any getting far off from it. What I advise is think of of the failings that make you chuffed, do something you already know you appreciate and you already know will cheer you up. on the different hand distract your self after which you will forget approximately the way you have been feeling. in case you experience you do not have anybody to speak to, or no person is familiar with, write your thoughts down, decide for a smoothing rigidity, have a warm relaxing tub, pamper your self, have some chocolate, get a hair lovable, cope with your self to a minimum of something superb from the malls, or bypass away for some days, see some acquaintances, could be even exercising as that could exchange your temper too.

Go for a walk Dedicated exercise is the best thing for you.

Go play bingo. There's halls everywhere & you'll not feel so bad about yourself after you see those people.

I buy cheapo 48 inch flourescent light bulbs & smash them against walls. They explode. They're like $1 a peice. Just watch for flying glass... Beginners in the hobby may want to wear goggles.

Developing a hobby is probably the second best thing you can do. After you get to know a little bit about it, you can find a local group or club for your hobby where you can meet peers. I took up freshwater fish keeping and aquascaping. The aquascaping takes up a lot of my time. The people I meet through the groups provide some social interaction.

Taking up a craft can also be very good. It doesn't have to be traditional girlie stuff, just making something with your hands. I make stained glass and custom lighting for fun. Its something I can take some pride in and define myself with.

Go on a date, cinema, skating, bike ride, pub, or buy a skateboard and loiter outside a shop or street corner - you'll soon make some friends... learn an solo instrument, foreign language if you're not the socializing kind.

What about learning how to cook. And inviting friends over for a dinner party. Or if you like music go to see a local band play. I'm sure there are local events happening in your town. Look on your towns website to see whats going on, and try to attend those events.
