I not positive, but, you may be able to use a Parallel adapter. Also, look to see if the Lexmark have both connections on back. I know the printer I have has both connectors.
I looked for you a cable, all I find was a usb to a parallel printer. You probably will need to do what said in the third answer and buy a usb card, try to find one with 2 or more usb's then you be able to get more from it later down the road.
The link below is NewEgg, show what you need. It about $6 less than a cable probably, but, the shipping bump up the price. Try looking around local like; Best Buy, Wal-Wort. Circuit City etc.

If you don't have usb ports use your Parallel ports if the printer has one you can get a Parallel cable at office depot. If you have extra pci slot get usb expansion card.2.0 is fastest now but your PC may not support that.I had the first usb ports in mine.I changed up with out any problems.Swapped my dial up modem out for usb card.Used a Belcon card, the first card (Strategic) didn't work. They may make adapters for this to.

You can add a USB expansion card as mention above or you can get a USB print server that connects to your home router, this will give you the ability to have any PC in your network to print to this printer automatically or you can also get a router with a built in print server, they are very easy to setup, here are some links to some print server and wireless print servers:

Your best bet would be to get a USB expansion card and install it in your computer...TigerDirect has good deals on them:
