i'm 13 and that i'm wearing: American Eagle ripped jeans, with a white Hollister tank correct, An American Eagle black V-neck sweater on correct of the Hollister tank (sufficient so as that my Hollister tank would properly be shown). Black ballet apartments. Black outsized Versace sun shades. Louis Vuitton Monogram Canvas Beverly MM. My hair is going to be parted on the aspect, straightened. Elizabeth Arden bronzer. Victoria's secret lip plumper.

Usually you dont, but you could wear like these 1/2 socks thingys [they only cover your top 1/2 of foot and dont show if your wearing flats or like heels or something] if you dont like the feeling of no socks. you could also wear tights.

You usually just wear them with bare feet, no socks.
If it's cold weather, you can wear cropped tights, panty hose, fish net tights or patterned tights with a skirt<-- really cute!
Also, you can wear cute patterned knee high socks with ballet flats!
I usually just wear them bare foot and wear skinny or straight legged jeans and I wear tights with cute patterns with a denim skirt.

When you have the right socks for the look. If it is cold wear what you want. People in my world don't criticize when it's cold. Being warm is the hottest look around.
