Domestic house cat. My cats have taken out a few dogs at a time much bigger than a Chihuahua.

Probably the cat but you never know. Ive seen cats take on dogs like, pitbulls, boxers and german shepherds and won. Then again...ive seen those dogs eat cats...a chihuahua could win but they rather just walk away. My cat is afraid of my chihuahua and always runs away. But the cat has won against bigger dogs...chihuahuas used to be hunting dogs years ago. Its in their nature. Do some research on chihuahuas and youll see. But still, cats are smarter and agile. Id say...about 70% a cat would win and 30% a chihuahua.

the domestic house cat no doubt.. Cats have been territorial and will protect their home. I had a cat that went after my boxer for trying to play with our calico kitten...My male leaped six feet in the air at my dog and wrapped his whole body around the dogs neck.. Believe u me I had a hard time stopping my cat...
In the end both animals were fine...

Definitely the cat, our cats used to gang up on a neighbours staffy. They always used to trick her, by sending one to tice her into the garden, then they surrounded her. It was amazing to watch ! Poor lil' Rosie always ended up bolting up the road with her tail between her legs - but always came back the next day (very dense dog !). Cats are very unpredictable animals and i don't think theres any such thing as a fully domesticated cat, they all have a wild streak in them - even the fat, lazy, grumpy ones !

I would definitely have to say the house cat! I have two chihuahuas and they don't mess with the cat at all.

Now that depends on the cat!! My cat would mop the floor with the chihuahua then go looking for it's owner.

A cat would kick a Chihuahua butt.. All he would have to do is Scratch those Big EYES on a Chihuahua and it's a wrap

never seen a one that agressive compared to a cat. a cat can be very vicious. even if the cats front claws are out. you still have to watch the back claws and their teeth are very sharp and really hurt. will have to say the cat would win. seen cats fight off large dogs.
from years of playing with my cats . got tore up plenty of times.

My cat would destroy a dog a lot bigger than a chihuahua. I've met cats that wouldn't have a chance though.
