Pokemon Shoal cave -- How long before the tide goes down?

Question

Okay, is it measured in pokemon time or game played time?

And i'm on 15:11 -- How long will it be before the tide goes down

And what times is it down (re-orccuring)

-I'm talking about Pokemon Ruby version.

The tide keeps changing every 6 hours of real time. note that after 24 hours of game time, if you haven't got the "time glitch" fix from emerald or firered/leafgreen, this may not happen.
I'd guess it'd go depending on time. try going on at either 12pm or 6pm (cant remember which)
