I hope not. He's a menance behind the wheel. Remember what happened when Ms. Puff relented and gave him his license last time? She ended up in jail. No, I think Spongebob is going to be using the bus for a long time.

Spongebob had a license, and his parents even bought him a new boatmobile to celebrate... but Mrs. Puff ended up taking the license back and tearing it up (after failing to successfully steal the boatmobile).
