I spoke with them on the phone. They gave me a very long speal. During their pitch I asked them to send me information on organization. When I said that I couldn't join right there on the phone but if they would send me info. I would be happy to get back to them that is when they hung up in mid-sentence.

Why don't you do what I just did and hit their site, and click join today.
Have a look at their rules and conditions before you join and you'll realise that they are probably not offering anything but courier flights where your luggage is severely limited, and I, personally, think it's a scam, there's even a suggested monthly maintenance charge for the account, which could be more than the joining fee. Open your eyes and look at the small print and make up your own mind.!!!!
It also says you must be ready to click on the free flights icon as soon as it comes up, how the hell do you know whether anyone has got a free flight, it's bullshit, there's plenty of other online companies doing all this for free, try cheapflights.com which I've used, no membership is necessary for any cheap flights!!!

if im not mistaken that's an online travel agency.. just like expedia.com or travelocity.com... to avail of their low prices or cheap trips you have to be a member. i guess you could either join over the phone..
the people who called you may be their telesales agents looking for new members to offer the services.. but i guess you could also check out their website.. i saw a link there that said join online.. or if you want to get back to them via the phone call

I would say that they are travel agents who, according to them, offer the cheapest airfares etc.

I guess its just a travel agency that will provide you with the best prices on airfaire hotel and other accomidations. They might have the lowest prices if you sign up with them, you never know. Just look out for any fees that you might have to pay for.
