By "Some Form" I assume you mean that the government involves itself in redistribution of wealth to make citizens a little more equitable. The fact is, most countries actually have a little socialism in them. The US has Medicare and Social Security, all European governments have socialist programs. (Scandinavia probably has the most pervasive socialist systems, and it also has some of the highest standards of living in the world - even better than the US; so don't think that socialism is inherently bad or destructive. )

You would likely want to look to developing nations in order to see low degrees of socialism - most developing nations want some socialism but lack the money or infrastructure to carry out any programs. Countries in the midst of civil wars are a good choice - Sudan, Afghanistan, and Colombia, for instance - because the government does not have control over enough territory and resources to institute socialism.

Russia still has socialism, as do most former USSR states.
