Does the indoor RC " HX 232 Winner helicopter" hoover in one spot ?
It does not say if it goes up and down without going forward

Are you talking about nintendogs? if you are good. The RC helicopter just stays in one positon. I guess the dogs really like the look of it. You cannot control it or anything like that but I wishe you could!
