Yes she dies.
Her mother dies too.
They say their I'm sorry' s and their I love you's and Meredith is brought back to life.
Then it is discovered Ellis is dead for real.

At the present moment she is in negotiating to get a better more money. If they can come to some type of agreement I think she stays otherwise say serenade.

i really hope not..shes the main character..it'd be like pulling a "The OC" move..where they killed off marissa..killing of marissa killed the show.
