I know what most people would say, Angelina, or maybe Jen, possibly a few for Scarlet, or one of the many Jessicas, but that's not my answer...
I think that the sexiest woman alive is a musician by the name of Ani DiFranco. She rocks out better than anyone I know, has the most profoundly written music, changes her image constantly (but not to fit a media stereotype) and always looks good.
