I strongly agree the government and news media tries hard to polarize our society in terms of race and sex. Why is 2 black coaches in the superbowl news. There is no affirmative action in profootball coaching so its got nothing to do with the government or media. They got their jobs for the same reason as most americans get their jobs by being the best at what they do. Sorry Fox, NBC, CBS, ABC, Time magazine I dont buy this woman/black president thing!!!!

It is an age old story eh? Women are as ruthless yes but we don't need a ruthless energy now, we need a level headed cunning planner to win over the evil energy that is coming towards us! A repelent as it were. We need to reflect right here and right now on history, and see the mistakes clearly and then fill that seat with the best person for that job of Commander and Chief of the greatest country of all! America the Beautiful yes but we need to be the Wisest of All! Not con artists, gimme gimme people? We need to give back everything we have or we will lose this country and the enemy will take it and it won't be the Al Qaeda it is within our own government, our government officials are the corrupt influence from greed and power crazed influences they have sold us out for personal vendettas, and gain! They may think they are doing the right thing, sure we all can justify our actions after the fact, but the end does not justify the means ever! Mistakes have been made, so admit it and then don't justify and lie and deny? Fix the Reckless Freaking Problem eh? Then all will be well! We cannot raise the dead, or bury our mistakes? We must face the music and dance to no ones beat but our own eh? Don't be a follower of a Gloom and Doom, or be persuaded by a smile and honey coated crap! Always use your instincts! If the Woman Hillary Rodham Clinton is the one than elect her without a doubt! And then keep a close watch on her and all this time. Don't just let someone take over your lives like we did with Dubya Bush Clan! Republican Congress voted him Dictatorship and walked away in hiding like a bunch of cowards after 9/11 and where was he at? God damn them all to hell! They had no business walking away! But it is our fault so I guess we are damned too! We should have stopped them it is our Job! We have that right! Read your constitution we have the right to Protest and submit bills into the house and the senate and to congress! we have the right and no one will take that away without gun fire! And that will be our fault as well if we let that happen! Get activated do more than you ever have before! For all the time we have now is wasted if we don't take of the slack in time! Good Luck!

Many people want to live with their heads in the sand, listen to ignorant bigots and sexist idiots, and not learn the facts, instead of voting for someone because of their honesty, integrity, and willingness to tackle the Big Issues.
It should not matter what sex, color, or creed a person is, but what they radiate. If a person seems to be more of an individual and less of a "puppet" is a strong indicator they will not be corrupted by the office of president, by lobbyists, or by big business.

I don't really think at this point there is a controversy amongst thinking people over having a woman as president as long as she is qualified. The current hoopla is about the woman who has thrown her hat into the ring. According to the latest USA Today/Gallup poll she has higher unfavorable numbers than anyone else that is running.

To be honest, the only people I see who seem to be harping on the "will America vote for a woman president" nonsense is the left. If the candidate is qualified (which Hillary is not in my opinion due to her leftist agenda) then I think most cons would have no problem voting for a woman.

i don't oppose it, i think hillary would be a horrible president though. i don't want to compromise the integrity of presidential leadership because people want a victory for feminism. people are jumping the gun at the fact of a woman president rather than looking at the bigger picture.

men are naturally leaders because physiologically they are ordained with an easier sense of decision making capabilities. judgement is fixated on one target usually. this by no means qualifies a man as a better leader, men tend to also be impulsive because of this and act in disregard for circumstance. women are physiologically blessed with the ability to multitask, deeming them with the capacity to consider multiple avenues and all potential targets and consequences regarding a certain goal. however, i believe this clouds their ability to make quick decisions, and their abilities would better be served as a consultant on the president's cabinet.

Inevitably, every right wing conservative is going to pin the fact that there can't be a woman president on Hillary Rodham Clinton. Why? Because they fear her and she is dangerous when it comes to their hopes for retaining the White House in 2008.

i've got no problem with a woman being president if she's got ideas that would be good for this country... but that's not hillary. She's simply not the best candidate out there.

My only reluctance to it is that the President is the Comander In Chief of the Armed Forces.
At least if we do it, we need to get a tough one in office. AS of now, I don't know of any that are up to it.

For a lot of men they think that having a woman in charge and with power, their d*cks are going to fall off. Sexism, racial prejudice, homophobia still exist. Hopefully we will eventually get past all of this in my lifetime.
