bthelpnotifier is BT Broadband Help Alerts and is not dangerous.
"bthelpnotifier.exe is a process installed alongside BT Broadband and provides additional configuration options for this product. This program is a non-essential process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems. Not a critical component, but see the information above before disabling it."

well ive just looked it up and it seems to be spyware get rid
