This is a casual event. You don't want to overdress. Wear your best-fitting jeans, your most flattering T-shirt over your best bra and your cutest sneakers. Your hair should be done very nicely, but very simply. Look at my avatar's ponytail. Keep makeup to a minimum. If you have good skin, you can get away with a little tinted moisturizer, two or three coats of mascara for lush lashes and some sheer, moisturizing lip balm.

Football? Layers. Cute jeans, a tee, a sweater, a jacket, boots or sneakers. A cute hat, and a scarf to keep you warm. Take your mittens.
Basketball? Comfy cute shoes for climbing bleaches or hopping up steps in an arena to buy snacks. I wear cotton because, inevitably, I heat up, dancing to the pep bands, and yelling for my team. Jeans and a long sleeve tee, a sweater you can remove maybe, Wear his teams' colors, girl!!

ouside: I would wear my absolute favorite pair of jeans, a warm shirt, and a really cute sweatshirt and jacket, since there's no chance that he's gonna see your shirt, considering how cold it is, and you don't wanna get a cold and have your nose run and stuff like that
inside: this is harder. i would wear my favorite jeans (always :-) ) and a cute sweatshirt, with a layered T-shirt. Make sure your jacket isn't so ugly! And, out or inside, stick with sneakers, and wear your hear in a high ponytail.

Nice pair of jeans, cute sneakers, and a cute tee w/ a jacket, better yet a denim jacket, depends on the weather. Be yourself, dress casual, he'll like that. Have Fun !

casual but chic. sneakers/nice flipflops, cute mini skirt, halter top, an itty bit of makeup i reccomend mascara and lipsktick, hoop earrings
