I know Penn has two kids at the age of 50 and Teller has never had a wife.If Penn is bi and Teller is gay have they ever talked about it. I know Howard Stearn and Bill Maher have called Penn a gay man on TV.

No, he's never spoken while in character. However, I was called from the first row at one of Penn and Teller's concerts and he spoke in hushed tones to me. Giving me directions as to how to assist in the trick. Also, afterwords in the lobby of the theater, he chatted with fans as they both signed autographs. It's a schtick that he's stuck with for more than 20 years as part of their act.

Penn Jillette is pretty open about being gay (and atheist as well.)
I'm not sure about Teller.
