and also I'm wondering is 'whats going on' is it pronounced 'ce que va sur' thank you so much.

Bonjour means good morning, the rest doesn't make much sense.
maybe you mean "comment ca va?" which is how are you.

"ce que va sur" is the translation of what's going on, but it means nothing. you can't translate expressions word for word.

you need something like: " qu'est ce qui se passe?" which means what's happening

anctually "bon = good"....." jour= day"
and "comment ca va" means "how are u"
or "kifak"........hahaha
