Time Warner Cable. I've been having intermittent outages to my internet connection. Several service calls seem to be only temp fixes. The tech left at 10:15AM today,I had service for 15 minutes, then lost it again. It came back about 15 min ago, meanwhile, speaker phone on hold with their customer "no-service" for over an hour! Arghhhhh.

We have TWC, and I have no problems with it.....except when I forget to pay the bill and they send me a nasty e-mail.....lol

All cable companies are evil.

It took me a week to get Charter to fix my cable. All the while the problem was OUTSIDE at the box and they could have come anytime to do that.

And now they want my telephone and internet business? No way in hell!

This is why I don't have Timer Warner Cable. The worst part is that you still have to pay the full amount due or they'll cut your shi@t off.

make a call to some other provider and kick them to the curb.
