You need documented proof that you have been calling their customer service department repeatedly to cancel. Keep written records of all your calls to them. Include date, time of day, the names of people with whom you spoke, and what was said. Then note what the results were, over the period of time they promised. When you have sufficient documentation of at least 3 calls over at least a couple of weeks, and there has been no positive change, sue them.

Dispute the charges with your credit card company. They can refuse payment to them and block them from charging any more. I take it you've already called that carrier and tried to get them to stop? Also contact the Better Business Bureau.
