houston probation?

my brother is on probation and his p.o. officer calls him at 9:20pm or sometimes at 10pm. Is she suppose to do that? I hate for something like what I'm thinking to happen then my brother would get fault for it.

Does your brother have a curfew? Perhaps the PO is calling to make sure he is home when he is supposed to be home.

I call my clients randomly after their curfew time to make sure they are home.
