On the Yahoo Toolbar, click the down arrow on the pop-up blocker and click to clear the checkmark in front of "enable pop-up blocker."

If you only want certain pop ups all you do is press "ctrl" key at the same time you click on what ever you want to pop up. :) That way you only see what you want and not random junk.

if your just using internet explorer, then go to tools>pop-up blocker>turn off pop-up blocker. if your using another program then you will have to go into that program to turn it off
