He is holding and reaching for toys. We have tummy time (not his favorite, but we do it) He holds his own bottle. Holds his head up, etc. While laying on his back he will roll to his side, but not all the way over.

When to be concerned
If your baby hasn't figured out how to flip one way or the other by the time he's about 6 months old and isn't showing any interest in getting around by any other means, bring it up the next time you talk to his doctor. Babies develop skills differently, some more quickly than others — and some babies never really take to rolling over. But if your child hasn't moved on to sitting and trying to scoot or crawl instead, ask his doctor about it. Keep in mind that premature babies may reach this and other milestones later than their peers.

This is a matter of concern, my boys were sitting up at 3.5 months and started crawling between 5-6 months. Both of them could roll over 360 degrees by two months. My kids were early but that is really late. Talk with the parents and let them know that the school district will help them for free even just to evaluate.
Keep trying to encourage him but he needs some evaluation.

You need to take everything into consideration. Does the baby hold up it's head? How often is he/she placed on the belly? A lot of "belly time" will lead to a child that rolls over faster. Does the child have poor motor functions? Again, head control, can he/she grasp small objects? Goto www.babycenter.com and look up the milestones by again to get a full picture.

depends on if the baby is doing anythign else, like sitting up. sometimes difernt babies take a little longer to do things than other, my daughter is 6 months and just started rolling over. i would give the baby a little longer before u start gettin overly concerned. Try being more active with it, and playin on the floor and eventually he will learn.

Yes ,it is importance, because my baby of 6month is sitting down & holding his feeding bottle himself, playing with toys.so you need to go to hospital for check up.
