Legally, you need a license to start up a business. But I suggest that you have to buy more computers to start up good in income.

one computer and you gonna rent it, why just buy another ten set so you can have a business and you can pay all the necessary permits and license.

you really don't have to.many businesses in the philippines survive even without acquiring a license.

come to think of it, the money you would earn for renting your pc may not be enough to pay the fees..
