Does anyone know where I can download anime where it isn't torrent and I can save it to my computer? It can either be english or english subbed. I tried YouTube, ddruk, muffindomain.com, and other sites. I can't find anything. :(

I'm sorry but people don't distribute actually licensed DVD content on the web. You can only find them in subtitles. However you might find some torrents with anime dubs but that's pretty rare.

if you want to watch it online, you can go to youtube, but if you want to download it, copy the link to the video and go to videodl.org. then you just paste the link on the bar and you can save it into your computer (but you need an flv player, which you can easily download for free somewhere else.) also, this will be saved as flv file and won't play in like, windows media player or something (at least, i don't think, but you can use a video converter)
