I suggest doing real piano lessons. I've done them for about 10 years and it is so fun! The Piano is a good instrument. Hope you like it.

As a professional piano player, I'd always say get one to one lessons. Mind you, I trained classically and I'm not as good as a lot of people who skipped all that and went straight into popular music. Depends what style of music you want to get into...

learn :
intervals- distance between notes by whole step and half step
major scales - w,w,h,w,w,w,h
chords from scale- 1,3,5- major, minor, minor, major, major, minor, diminished.
