search for files with the *.sol extension.

also, do a search on folders named that start with # (e.g., do a search for "#*.*"

Finally, look for cookies in the internet temp files.

See where their cookies come from. Oftentimes the name of the website they went to is somewhere in the cookie's name. (of course this won't work if cookies were turned off)
You could also look into the bookmarks, or start typing the beginning of the url in the navigator. Most navigators store urls and do auto-completion to go faster, even if the history was erased.
