the only way Greece could make you connect is you're additionally a Greek citizen or you prepare for naturalization. I advise you get right down to the U. S. Embassy with your US passport ASAP and get it straightened up. if you are permanent resident of another country you can't Vote in US.
But if you are US citizen temporarily living in Greece with a permanent residence in US, then you send absentee ballot to your state of permananent residence. If you have a residence in US then the next time your are there register to vote in your state and they will explain the absentee ballot procedure for the state.
