I think the mother should be able to bury her daughter, also get custody of her granddaughter. The big money, now that Vicky Lynn has passed, should stay in the oil tycoon, Mr. Howard's family. The baby should have a trust from all of her mom's personal estate, including any money she's earned in her own career. Saved until the baby is 18, to be used for her education. She will have a nest egg but not enough to have a miserable adult life, with all that money. The lawyer Howard K. Stern should be investigated for the murder or manslaughter of both Vicky Lynn and her son Daniel. He should not be covered by the news, allowed to make one more dime on these people he has exploited and taken advantage of, not only in their life but now after their death as well...

First I will like to say that I am truly sadden by the death of Ms.Smith. I don't know how it happened, but I do know that losing her son had lot to do with it. Whether it was a drug overdose or whatever... Her son was 98 percent of the reason.
Some people when they lose someone so close to them they can't see life in the same eye as they once did. What Ms.Smith was going through isn't like a situation when her billionaire husband passed on, respectively. No one seen her stressing; maybe eating; but not stressing...
I am speaking from experience; not of Ms.Nicole Smith. I have seen people give up on life once their children was taken away from them.
Ms.Smith daughter was a blessing to her; but Ms.Smith did exactly what been happening to her from when she was living in a trailer home; people left her and therefore she did things to help survive. Once Ms.Smith had her son he was all she needed to now fend for her and her son.
Honestly, and as far as this battle of "who's the baby daddy?" I believe it's about who can profit from this baby the most. I just believe that the entire situation is digusting.
I can't see anyone who truly cares for Ms.Smith. From the television show she once had showed the world. And the crazy thing is everyone of them people stepped back and didn't care. Everyone of them; I watched the shows.
I can go on and on, but the point is the one's who supposedly care truly do not.

I'm sure you ment disrespect to the dead. I think the guy that is the photographer is the only legitimant one. Stern has sold everything he can to ET and the photograher has done no wrong. Anne's mother is as scummy as Stern and only wants the money. Inside adition has probably the best news on whats going on. Sterns grieving is sickning to watch, but I'm sure as I want to be buried beside my deceased son she wanted the same. I think she may have been on drugs but it was the broken heart that killed her. You could see the defeat in her last interviews.
