no, and diet pills dont work in the first place. The weight that they claim you loose is nothing but water weight, which is bad b/c your pretty much depriving your body of water. And its also something that you will gain right back. Diets in general do not work. They make you loose the weight, but rarely can you maintain that weight without proper eating and exercise. If you want to loose weight and make it stay that way, just exercise (doesn't have to be that long. 45 minutes twice a week is sometimes all you need. maybe less) and cut back on your portion SIZES. You dont need to eat a plate the size of your face 3 times a day
