I was wondering.., i know the 35i has two small twin turbo's but its SMG transmission and i know with the SMG transmission you can put it on drive which is automatic not tip tronic, so how do the two turbo's function if its automatic shifting for you, not on tip tronic mode? please help me

turbos work in responce to exhaust flow which is controlled by how much you push the gas pedal.the throttle trans shifting and turbo waste gates are all monitored and controlled by the engine management system in the computer

The smg trans is not available in the 335i. You can get the six speed steptronic automatic with paddle shifters, but not smg.
