I asked one dude who's an expert on this subject, he said sometimes no, 9.999 times out of 10 yes. It's because they keep on playing out parts several times just to get it right and nobody can keep havin' those 10 times in a row per take.

I would have to say that many of the female stars most likely do fake an orgasm, though I imagine there are some that do not. Male stars...well you've seen what happens in most of those movies...what do you think?
