the reason for the anxiety itself is over-analyzation; if you are constantly thinking about all the factors associated with social behavior, you're going to be more critical of your performance so to speak. instead of constantly worrying about every little thing, try to not think to much and just 'feel' the vibe

You sound like a female version of how I used to be, until I discovered rock solid scientific, yes, SCIENTIFIC evidence that Christ is King, that nobody on this planet can see, because of misinterpretation, and rest assured, child, he hears you. It is very foolish to have one evil thought, the stakes are very high.
Power tends to corrupt, but one can have absolute power by becoming incorruptible.
In corruptible means having faith that you are not alone, ever. Having faith in an unseen lover is the very hardest thing to do, but if it were easy, would it be worthwhile?
I still get uneasy around crowds, but my faith gets me through. Humans today are some of the most powerful ever. But...... at the foundation of everyone, no exceptions is a precious baby Jesus. this is what Jesus meant when he said two will be in one bed and one taken and the other left. God is going to get the soul, and the further it is buried, the harder it will be on the individual.
You believed in magic once. it is REAL.
P.S. the human family is one. We are all in this together. More people in the family demands more discipline. There are 10,000 new babies, net, every hour, and Daddy's paycheck is not getting bigger fast enough.the Bible says that one day people will say blessed is the womb that never bore young. this is the day. If you take my advice, you will not have babies, and there is only one sure way to do this. Abstinence. With the influences outside the family nowadays, I don't care how good a parent you think you are, you almost certainly guarantee your child will go to hell.
My only begotten son is on the wrong road. he just turned 18. Shame on me.
I would rather have your prayers than all the money in this world. Please?

Hi!
I am very sorry to hear you are having this problem. I've been dealing with anxiety for years.
Social Anxiety Disorder is when you feel scared to do things because you are worried of having to deal with being embarassed. I've had this problem since i was very young, and its so horrible to live with.
It sounds like your problem may be more like generalized anxiety disorder, which is just as bad. It can be lifechanging, especially when you are like i was and plan your whole day around doing things that dont make you anxious.
You should really consider seeing your doctor and trying a prescription. I started taking Paxil and didnt need any other therapy. My problem was a chemical imbalance, and I do much better now that I have found something that works for me.
If you want to know more, feel free to email me! Good luck and feel better soon!

You feel like God doesn't listen when you pray? The Lord listens to everyone...whether or not he feels like he wants to do what you pray for is another thing. God answers all prayers but the answer might be no. I think you should definitely seek some help professionally or from a pastor with lots of prayer. It seems like this may run in your family but its still not normal. You seem to be very fed up or just stressed about your situation...you should really see someone immediately because usually problems like this don't just solve themselves and tend to get worse!

My daughter tried Zoloft but it was too harsh for her and finally ended up on Paxil. She is now off all medication for her anxiety disorder but prays constantly throughout the day and reads God's word every night. No caffeine - absolutely none. No alcohol. While driving her car if she feels anxious about a high overpass she starts saying "Jesus, Jesus, Jesus." It has not completely left her but we have faith that one day it will.

A therapist will be able to help you. If you feel as though you could ask your mom to take you you should do so, but if you're afraid she'll say no, ask a counselor at your school to talk to her.
I know that you might be nervous about going to see a therapist, but really, it will help. I also suffer from severe social anxiety, and therapy has completely changed my outlook and is helping me to do things I never thought possible.

A lot of people face the same problem, myself included. Just close your eyes and take a couple deep breaths. Try to relax and not worry about everything that is going on around you.
