Which phrase is grammatically correct?
Should it be:
"NO I am Anna Nicole's Baby Daddy!"
or
"NO I am Anna Nicole's Baby's Daddy!"

The second one is correct.
"No, I am Anna Nicole's Baby's Daddy."
You need both possessives. That show's that the Daddy belongs to the baby and the baby belongs to Anna Nicole.

It's unclear what meaning is intended.
If you are the baby daddy (whatever that is) of Anna Nicole, then you can convey that by saying "I am the baby daddy of Anna Nicole - I am Anna Nicole's baby daddy."
If you are the daddy of the baby of Anna Nicole, then you can convey that by saying "I am the daddy of Anna Nicole's baby - I am Anna Nicole's baby's daddy."

Neither. It should be "No, I am Anna Nicole's baby's daddy." You need the comma after "No" and neither "baby's" nor "daddy" should be capitalized. You only capitalize those words when you are using it as a name.

Really, either is correct. "Baby Daddy" is a slang term that can be considered grammatically correct. If you want to avoid slang, then "Baby's Daddy" is the way to go.

You could always clarify it as "No, I am the daddy of Anna Nichole's baby."

the both should be possessive because
one anna nicole has a bady and
two its the baby's dad....
