I guess its no problem seeing where you stand. Judging folks along these lines has always been a favorite pastime for many people of faith. Our track record (crusades, Inquisition, current muslim extremism, Salem witch hunts just to name a few) isn't really something to crow about so I would say leave these evaluations to the lord. He has a better handle on it then most human beings I've met.

It's those who dare to show an open book about their independent beliefs, NOT the 'religious' hypocrites who rave and chant on nothing but mere biblical quotes, wobbling and flip-flopping for PR shows and exhibitions, that should be trusted. Oh boy, are we blind that religion-hollering Robert Hanssen, who has shown always shown himself to be a religious nut, has now been written into history as the most deadly and monstrous traitor of America? And for those equally religious nuts who had congregated around Ted Haggert to swoon, listen, and wave their hands in the air as if in trances, should now see themselves as fools for misjudging this guy as their sacred leader when he's nothing more than a sexual pervert!

What 'biblical and Christian sense', and what 'lord's eyes'? Every human being is born into earth to lead his or her own life - and his judgement is by God and God alone, not by Earthly quacks or self-claimed prophets or hypocrites - who themselves should be reminded that it's for God to judge them in the end and that how human beings see them doesn't entitle them to enter into Heaven! Questions like this on the topic thead simply tends to show how nutty Christianity has become for the radicals! Religion does breed the Dr. Jekyll - Mr. Hyde personalities!

I'm not God. I could not possibly know if he's justified (saved). All we can do is judge him by his fruit. I don't pay much attention to his political stance, but that's the best way to know his views. I sure he's not worried about his salvation; that said, I really don't loss much sleep over it either. If I every get close enough to him I'll be sure to witness to him; apart from that I really not all that concerned: "...for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat."

In a completely Biblical and Christian sense, no one of faith should seek to judge another person's standing before God. If you have a gospel message, proclaim it. That's my motto.

Sounds like you believe in wrathful god. Tsk tsk. You don't like Guliani, don't vote for him, fine, but keep your religious interpretations to yourself.

To the first answerer (the guy who held the spot with the letter "d" so he could spew forth a rant): Um, your rant is related to the question HOW?

Well, Rudy's a Catholic. It's difficult to say. Catholics generally do not believe in the ability to have a personal relationship with God.

Unlike many so-called "Christians", I woud never assume to know how the Lord views or judges anyone.

who would care what bible thumpers think about any candidate? Religion is the greatest evil on earth, its power mad men using words they attribute to God to control the masses. Religion, phooey. You don't need Ted Haggard to worship God you can do that every time you wake up and see the beauty of life and nature. People who use scripture to make political points, on either side, are the scum of the earth. God is not about politics.
