He refers to the Haige. The USA is not the only one to blame, therefore, you might end up with lots of defendants and very few plaintiffs. We ALL contribute to global warming by using the products that encourage it. EVERYONE has to cooperate to stop this senseless attack to our planet... Next time you go to the supermarket, try to buy items that come in a recyclable container, try to use less electricity, try to save on gas as much as you can, save on water use, try to carpool or use a bycicle, or maybe even walk if it is close enough, or use public transportation, try to use natural organic products, don't use aerosols or anything that comes in a pressured can. This planet is our ONLY HOME for crying out loud !!!! WE HAVE TO DO ANYTHING WE CAN TO STOP THIS ENVIRONMENTAL ASSASSINATION.... I understand your feeling and I am with you 100%, but it's not only the USA fault...

No!!! You must (First Consider) if Global Warming *Exist* because weather man or the United States is (SOLELY) responsible for Global Warming. Global Warming is a (Natural Occurrence) Glaciation has struck the Earth many times in the Earth/s history. Do you think that Al Gores book on Global Warming should even be considered as a fact of the Earth/s history??? Consider the state of (Florida) the citrus in Florida now has a big problem w/the freezing of the *ORANGES* & so on when it comes to the *CROPS* Does'nt that tell you that Al Gore is very wrong in (Assumeing) that Global Warmeing is caused by man & man alone??? when in fact the Earth, has gone through many periods of Global Warmeing & periods of *Glaciation*. I believe that Global Warmeing, is a result of natural occurances on our Planet. rumeoui !

There is no such international court, at least not one where there exists any authority we don't grant it.
The idea of the international court is an example where the American left lives their fantasy life in a united one world government. Think of all the people you knew who played dungeons and dragons. They lived in two different worlds, right? The one world government is no different for the left.
And the only thing that will kill us IS action by these people.

what international court is that? never heard of the law system which can actually do something against world super power.
My friend open ur eyes, its the world that is only ruled by money and there is only one law Money and power and who has all that.......US so there is no law against US but if it was some other country in the middle east who was responsible for global warming then we would be there by now and at war with them...

Get a job ..I have not heard of one cause of death determined as inhalation of industrialized green house gases....
And when it comes to all parties involved as you say "its killing us all " to do a class action suit you have to include all involved
