A century is 100 years. Hence the word cent, latin for 100. the first year, 0 ad, was the beginning of the first century. It is impossible to have it be the 0th century, just doesnt make sense. Anyway, since this is 2007, devide the year by 100, 20.07. Then add one two the singles place, making it century 21
