sure. I'd recomend a subtle one, I think it gives an air to mystery instead of a huge nose ring. none the less it doesn't matter how old you are.

Why not? Just don't get a big honking one like Christina Aguillera used to have. A small diamond stud would look really nice.

I know several woman over 40 with nose piercings...... if you are comfortable with something.then there is now reason for it not to be acceptable..
