You should have sex either every day or every other day from days 15 - 25 of your cycle. You should ovulate about 10-16 days before your period, so that would make it more likely that you hit the right day. You can increase your chances by charting your cervical fluid, position and your basal body temp. You are fertile when you see eggwhite looking cervical fluid, if you continue to see it for a few days continue to have sex till it is gone, the last day you see that type of cervical fluid should be the day you ovulate. Your cervix should also be soft and hard to reach around that time, it will feel like your lips, at other times of the month it will feel like your nose. Charting your bbt will help tell after you have ovulated and can be used as a reference for future months.

If you go to www.fertilityfriend.com they can give you more information and a place to chart your temperatures and cervical fluid. They will tell you after you ovulated what day it was.

purchase an ovulation predictor equipment at your community pharmacy and initiate ovulating day 8 of your cycle. because you've lengthy cycle i'd wager you ovulate round day 16-17 (depending on the 30-31 day cycle). considering this can be a wager and not in any respect some thing for particular i'd advise you initiate sorting out from next month. If very last's month cycle grow to be 35 days that advise that you ovulated later than the 17th. i'd round 21. some women folk do not ovulate in any respect even besides the undeniable fact that they get your era so the following is yet another reason for you to purchase that attempt.

Having your period every 31 - 35 days is not irregular. Some women have longer cycles than others, and some are as long as 40 days. You will just need to make sure that you have sex during the times when you could be ovulating. It might be helpful to use an ovulation test. If you are ovulating, as long as there is nothing else wrong, you should have no problem getting pregnant.

I would talk to your doctor about trying Clomid to help you ovulate earlier. Your luteal phase, which is the time between ovulation and your next period, has to be at least 11 days in order for the egg to implant properly. I have a luteal phase defect because I ovulate too late in my cycle. Because of this, I suffered a miscarriage. My OB gave me Clomid on days 3-7 of my cycle to help me ovulate earlier. He also gave me Estrace to take on days 8-12 to help thicken my uterus lining because Clomid can sometimes thin it. Also, I took progesterone from day 16 until the end of my cycle, or until the end of my first trimester if I conceived. This helped to sustain the uterus lining. I have one healthy daughter and I am currently 10.5 weeks pregnant again. Best of luck to you.

Try doing ovulation strips......they work for me, and I know exactly when I am going to ovulate..... I got pregnant within the first time using them
accuratepregnancytests.com is a great site to check out how they work, and they are inexpensive to purchase on line, rather than purchasing them from a drug store.....They are 100% more expensive in the drug stores
Try not putting anything in your system even clomid...try natural first......
Good Luck

Just because you are not having textbook 28 day cycles with ovulation on day 14, doesn't mean there is something wrong with you.

You can get pregnant regardless of how whacked out your cycle is, you just have to be more in tune to when your ovulating.
