be positive and think YES!! Braces are there to help straighten your teeth to give you a better mouth, so I say anything that helps you in the long run is worth it and, although 'cute' may not be the appropriate word for braces, they are definately an 'enhancement'. Besides, they make your teeth sparkle! and doesn't everyone love sparkle? But if you do not like them, practice a 'cute' smile with your mouth closed.

As an orthodontic assistant this is how I answer your question: Braces are the in thing for kids these days...I see patients in their 50's getting braces...so no matter what your age or your looks just think that in a few years you will have absolutely beautiful straight teeth.

probably!!! I got braces about 3 months ago, and I thought I looked so weird with them, but I got used to them. my friends think I look really cute with them, and I like them. It just takes a little bit to get used to them.

I don't know, they look good on most people, I know they look good on me, my friend told me i look cute w/ them. And i better get used to them b/c i am going to have them for another year and a half. I have had them for a year in May.
