to set up my own website. and if so will it cost anything? how could i get people to go on my site (advertise it). Thanks x

Yes its possible to set up your own website, and there are some free ones out there. If you want to sell anything off the site you're probably going to be stuck going with a web host your going to need to get a domain name from them of what ever you want that is not taken. And to get people to go to you you can list your website under yahoo and google for free. The best way to get people to come is to talk about what people want to hear and post games and contest and stuff like that My friend did it and he actually got around 2000 people a week to his site and he just had a blog answered tech questions and put up a few games plus had a forum for people to talk about stuff.

Set up your free website with help of free templates at www.FreeWebs.com
Once you've done that, go to www.dot.tk for a free domain name.
Then start advertising!!
