I've never had cheese fries from a Chinese takeout Restaurant, but maybe if you call them and ask for their recipe, they might give it you. Good luck!

I believe you may be talking about "Poutine" it is a french recipie. You have to buy a cheese called "cheese curds" put lots on top of fries and pour gravy over the whole lot. Yum!!

bake frozen french fries in the oven and while there baking in the oven, just put some slices of american cheese on the fries.
