if you're asking which show will have lasting fame like Seinfeld, then you're looking at the Simpsons, Malcolm in the Middle, and any other "1/2 hour comedy that stands out from the usual family of 5 dealing with everyday problems in a whacky way that we see everyday. Seinfels stands out because there was nothing like it. Simpsons has such a huge following and merchandising that everyone knows about it. Shows like House and 24 are great but they'll be replaced by other dramas and then forgotten. Anyone remember Trapper John MD? I didn't think so. Even though it was the best show of it's kind at the time. Dramas are forgetable.

I think that CSI is the greatest television show airing because its entertaining and you learn a lot of science and laws, if you weren't interested in these subjects in school, or just had a hard time catching on. This show helps watch it I think you will agree.
