UK WORST PLACE TO BE A child...?

I KNOW SOME GREAT CHILDREN IN MY PART OF THE UK (COVENTRY) AND THEY HAVE DONE OK GROWING UP IN THE UK. WHY ARE WE BEING BLAMED AS A NATION? GREAT KIDS = FANTASTIC PARENTS

Its a comparrisement with other countries. But if they were honest there are under privliged children in all countries to the shame of all Governments. They claim to be short on resources for childrens well being yet they can find billions of Euro, Dollars

Are you talking about that recent item in the news?

It wasn't particularly tlking about you or people you know. :-) They look at overall things like:

-- How many children actually live in poverty?
-- How many children are not loved and supervised by a parent between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m.?
-- How many children do not have really healthy foods available to them 4 times per day?

The rates of such things in the UK and the USA is VERY high and very bad! Especially compared to places like the Netherlands, Sweden, and Norway. In those countries MOST children are looked after with tremendous care.

I'm not sure what you want here but since you are in Coventry I've got to ask---what's the matter with Coventry that has people in English movies send one to Coventry for misbehaving?
It's some sort of punishment. I'm talking about OLD movies.
