Why didn't she change her will to include her newborn daughter? The will states that no heirs including future children known or unknown will get anything, which leaves Howard

That will was written in 2001, she only had Daniel then.
I guess she never even thought about her will in case any of her "suicide" attempts ever did work. And I am not saying it was suicide.
The inheritance will go to whoever ends up being the dad. Or Howard K. Stern. He is managing her estate.

I don't think it was suicide.
When someone is suicidal they think about what to give to the people that they are leaving behind. They write a letter, make the will up to date. Get things in order. I don't trust stern as far as I can throw him; with my knees and sciatica problems I can assure that it's not too far at all. He's a piece of SH!T!!!!

But rest assured that a person cannot benefit off killing another person. If it is found that he is guilty then he can't inherit her money. And if he isn't found guilty and NOT the father of the little girl, the will can and will be disputed (sound familiar) and the money will go to the baby before some sleazy lawyer.

If he is found to have involved in her death the he cannot make any benefit off her estate. The estate would the go to the next heir, her daughter. And if her true father contests the will, there is a good chance that the judge will give almost all of it, if not all of it to the little baby.

I am very suspicious of HKS, I think he definitely had something to do with it. It is just to coincidental that he was around both Daniel and Anna Nicole Smith when they "mysteriously die". And if he really loved her and didn't have anything to do with it he should have made a different statement than the one he did make about how she was so depressed these last 5 months. I could be wrong but, it wasn't an accidental or intentional suicide because they found no pills in her stomach. So it really doesn't matter how many prescriptions they found, if none were in her stomach it's hard to say she was making and attempt to die. I hope they find the TRUTH, regardless of what it is.

I understand there is still no cause of death. You know in the Islands you can get herbs that can cause you to have a heart attack. And the Coroner can't trace it.
But there is a lot at stake here, the newly estranged husband, the Bush family relationship with her. (You need a lot of money to become a president). This Lady could definately have been killed.
Yet, this was very sad and disturbing to hear. When I heard it the song by the beatles "A day in a life" just kept coming to my mind.
Just like JFK, Marilyn Monroe, Tupac and Notorious B.I.G. We may never know what really happened.

I am going to wait till the toxicology reports are done to determine if it was suicide or from some other source.
It is a very sad situation and HKS did not stay around Anna because she had such a lovely personality.

Yes but, If he was HER LAWYER, he should have had HER IN MIND when they talked about the estate earlier. He should have changed it to include her NEW BABY!!!!

I think its a bunch of crap!! Almost sounds like she resented the baby. I read that she had the nanny instructed to only give her 2.5 ounce feedings because she didn't want her to get chubby. The baby is pretty undernourished I guess. I always thought she was trailer trash!!!

The killer figured that she wanted to be so much like Marlyn Monroe that they'd make her death look like suicide/overdose too. But we all know that wasn't true. Both women were far too arrogant to kill themselves.
