29 is such a weird year to be. I know because I am turning 30 in less than a month. I have found that odd numbered years are just kinda...well, odd. It also has something to do with jumping that hurdle towards a new decade. I personally am having a heck of a time trying to deal with 30...and am not succeeding very well. I am scared to death and just wish I could restart my life or skip the next 10 years. You might feel the same, you might not. I say just try and go with it. Treat it like any other day, but remember that you are as young as you feel so at least try to live for the moments that you have now. Happy Birthday either way. :)

Turning 29 is not bad at all. Enjoy your life. It's only the beginning of an exciting journey. You can start by researching how to live your life productively. There are books; there are answers to any of your life questions that people would love to share with you, only ask. Learn, learn, learn. I never had a problem turning a year older at any age. I'm now 47, fit, well heeled, beautiful and smart, but most of all, the happiest I've ever been in my life, and it only gets better. You see, I don't get that way by fretting the years; instead, I enjoy my life fully, at any age. Good luck.

Look Sweetie...
Grow up! You are just becoming a more mature person...use it to your advantage. Don't get stuck on the "age thing". It's a beautiful thing to be able to see birthdays these days. Have you read the papers lately. Kids are killing each other every day. You are truely blessed. Start acting like it and enjoy every day that you are given...

It's only a number. If you really want to feel bad, just remember that you have already lived your 29th year and are really 30.
