Do physics. Accounts are boring indeed.
I know a guy who did PhD at Cambridge and afterwards got a job in the city for £60,000 in his first year and double in the second. He was looking for a job via employment agencies and there were so many employer who wanted to hire him. It was all because of physics.

Or do chemical engineering; you will not have problem in finding a job in environmental industry.

Accounting is boring ...sounds like you have a good head and a wide range if ability computer engineering would be the better option...more varied and interesting.
Things might change and you might get lots of other ideas if you choose to go on to uni.
There will be careers advisers available;e to you nearer the time ...for now i would concentrate on getting the A levels you have chosen tough subjects...good luck
