If he underwent the standard chemo theropy for cancer, then he looks better than most who are unfortunate enough to have to go through that. Chemo is just a matter of poisoning your body with radiation and hoping the radiation kills the cancer before it kills you. The people I've known to go through this have always come out looking sick, but eventually they do get better as long as the cancer does not return.

Sure, he's aging, but I thought Roddy Piper actually looked pretty healthy to me. He wasn't pale and seemed very robust.

Most likely just a result of going through chemo and getting old. Pray for Roddy, he was an original. LOL

He is quite old and he has been taking steriods. He still kicks butt and he can still knock out people...Roddy forever!!!
