Seriously, I saw one of my neighbors at Blockbuster today with her kid and said "hello" and she looked at me like if I grew a second head.

I just don't get it. Some of the best things in my life I've learned from strangers like fast, legal money. :)

I think that is an unfair generalization to state. I know I personally try to smile at strangers and be generally friendly towards them, as I know many people do.

Remember, maybe they are having a bad day, like you said, you are a stranger.. You don't know them, their feelings or their current state.

we have trauma due to child predators, and pedophiles... No offense to you, but women with small children tend to feel this way.. I do.
