I caught them before I put them in the dryer, though. They're still wet. They're smooth leather, not suede.

Saddle soap, Neat's Foot Oil, Mink Oil, Dubbin and even vegetable oil may help.

However, you better have a lot of time for this process!

Don the gloves. Lightly wet the gloves with water and then rub them liberally with the oil of choice. Wait a few minutes, then towel them off as if you were drying your hands.

Go watch TV because you must have the gloves dry on your hands using your body heat to stretch and soften the leather. You'll be greasy and really can't touch anything while you do this.

How much money did you spend on these things origianlly? Is it worth it?

Its like new boots....wear them til they dry and they will form to your hands...rub leather softener on after they dry so they wont be stiff....good luck

Try mink oil it may help some.
