JB Weld is the best for any epoxy use. Now for your carb lock pin being broken you might want to go ahead and buy a new carb. JB Weld may fix it for now but with the use of that lock pin it will eventually break off again and then the process starts all over.

I stripped the threads on my carb in my truck and found an epoxy at auto zone, i have a cold if no one tells you the exact name and you cannot find it there e-mail me later and I think I can get you the exact name of it. It is holding up to pressurized gas and it is right over the intake manifold of a V8 so I know its good.

All epoxy resins are fuel resistant. For the best type, try J-B WELD.
